Just clip this stainless steel rack into either of your Ingenio frying pans (26 or 28cm) and you can load it with bacon, fish or mushrooms to slip under your grill. Or pop a joint of meat, poultry or fish on top for roasting in your oven while keeping it clear of fat and juices. As Ingenio pans are oven safe up to 250°C and come with removable handles, you don't have to worry about keeping a handle clear of a hot grill or fitting it into your oven. Just clip your reusable Ingenio pan handle onto your frying pan to place it under the grill or into the oven, release while it cooks and clip a perfectly cool handle back onto the pan to check on progress or serve up.
